If I could give Kelli ten stars I would! This is our second house selling/purchase with Kelli Stoneman. The first purchase happened so fast I didn’t know what to expect. Five years later and a spur of the moment decision, we were calling Kelli to walk us through houses. The one we wanted, we found right away, but just to make sure Kelli made sure we walked through others. When we negotiated the sale contract Kelli thought of things I wouldn’t have, i.e. HOA name transfer costs, home warranty, enough time to move in without being too rushed, etc. In the sale of our house, she priced a little high but it sure paid off. We got top dollar and Kelli was able to backup our price with market knowledge to realtors wanting to send low-ball offers. Now that we are settling into our new place, Kelli’s customer service hasn’t stopped. She has checked in and wants to know about any issues. She has even helped in our home warranty dispute (which was her idea in the first place). Honestly, we would not be in our house without her help. SHE IS WORTH EVERY PENNY AND MORE!

An agent whose personal attention and responsiveness to your interests are second to none? An agent so likable that even her most ardent competitors lavish her with praise? Well, then, you want Kelli Stoneman. My wife and I are both former military, which means we have bought and sold many homes during our lives. It also means we're very detail-oriented. Never have we been blessed with such a remarkable agent or felt so comfortable with one representing us. After many meetings, we decided on a fair list price for our home; our home was under contract eight (8!) days later; and, the entire process was flawless. It is impossible to rate Kelli Stoneman too highly; we just wish she was in Florida now to help us buy our ideal beach condo!

Kelli helped us sell our Syracuse house and buy a new house in Kaysville. She was friendly, flexible and easy to work with. She was very familiar with both the buying and selling processes and made it as easy as possible to go between the two homes. She was consistently flexible and patient as we searched for our new home, taking time to show us a lot of homes all over the place. She was willing to put in a lot of work to make sure we found the right place. We enjoyed working with Kelli and will continue to use her in the future.

We could not have had a better experience buying our first home, all thanks to Kelli. We definitely felt like she truly cared about us and that we found the best home for our wants and needs. She was advocating always for what was in our best interest. She was not afraid to tackle any challenges that came with purchasing a home either.
